Bokkos LGC Chairman, Amalau Samuel Amalau Extends Electricity Supply to Tangur Community of Bokkos LGA.

In line with his passion for holistic rural development, the Executive Chairman, Bokkos LGC, Hon. Amalau Samuel Amalau, has procured electrical equipments, worth ten million naira to connect Tangur community to the national grid.

In a statement on Wednesday by Director of Media and Publicity, Mapis Isaac Marawes, the project which is meant to uplift the living standard of the people of Tangur, has been flagged off in Tangur One, and shall be extended across the entire Tangur Community.

The items procured include: Transformer, power electric oil, armoured cables and high tension wires.

At the moment, work has commenced at the project site in Tangur One.

The project is an answered prayer to the thousands of people in Tangur who have been longing to enjoy an electricity supply over the years.

Hon. Amalau remains steadfast in his solemn promise to defend and develop the Bokkos heritage.
