Governor Mutfwang Celebrates Hon. Ziphion Chrysanthus on His Graduation from Defence College, Urges Him to Prioritize National Cohesion.

In a statement by the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended his warm congratulations to Hon. Chrysanthus Ziphion, Director of the Abuja Liaison Office, on his successful graduation from the prestigious National Defence College (NDC), Nigeria.


In a goodwill message, Governor Mutfwang described Hon. Ziphion as “a fountain of knowledge, a forward-looking and intelligent son of Plateau whose academic excellence and wealth of experience from the College will contribute immensely to the advancement of the security sector, not only in Plateau State but across the nation and beyond.”


The Governor praised Hon. Ziphion’s commitment to capacity building, leadership development, and service to God and humanity, urging him to uphold Plateau’s cherished values of justice, fairness, empathy, and tolerance while deploying his newly acquired knowledge and skills.


Governor Mutfwang particularly noted that Hon. Ziphion’s graduation, being the first state government official from the National Defence College, marks a remarkable milestone and a strategic advantage for Plateau State.


He stressed that the state stands to benefit greatly from the expertise of technocrats, security professionals, and stakeholders in addressing the protracted violent attacks that have plagued Plateau and the wider North Central region.


On behalf of the government and people of Plateau State, the Governor warmly congratulated Hon. Ziphion on this historic achievement, praying for divine wisdom, strength, and good health as he applies his knowledge for the service of humanity.


In his response, Hon. Ziphion expressed profound gratitude to Governor Mutfwang for his encouragement and support.
