The rational behind the many success stories of the present administration in Plateau State is not far fetched from the Mutfwang modern leadership style. All the qualities of great leaders vis-avis transparency, inclusivity, power decentralization, etc are clearly attributed around his administration.
The Governor came prepared and immediately hit the ground running, a shift from the traditional system of blame game as witness in previous administration. The caliber of people brought on board to manage his administration shows the Governor was ready for service delivery and not the usual appointments just to compensate political allies. Now competence rise above any sentiments.
The massive investment in the State's transportation sector indicate a great leadership insight. This will in the coming years, boost the business and agricultural potentials of the State, hence making it an investors friendly environment.
The issues related to insecurity in the state are been tackled accordingly, in collaboration with the federal Government. We begin to see a sign of relief from this long time problem. The massive developmental projects within the city centre and some parts of the state is a proof to the Governor's inclusivity, and not the winner takes all syndrome. With the many projects going on and numerous about to start across the state, the administration is set to turn the State to a construction site. Now salaries and pensions are paid as and when due without any publicity. To him, it is the right of those workers to be paid their wages.
Governor Caleb Mutfwang's blue print is clearly a one to rely upon, it is laying a foundation to build a Plateau of our dream.
