In a congratulatery message published by the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has felicitated with the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the University of Jos, Prof. Rahila Gowon, on the occasion of her birthday.


In a congratulatory message, Governor Mutfwang extolled Prof. Gowon as a distinguished academic, an exemplary leader, and a woman of exceptional character who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of education in Nigeria.
